One of his previous bands was called Synical and featured Ben Graves, drummer of the Murderdolls, on drums.

Short Life Bio
Eric grew up in the Boston area. When Eric was 6 years old he got the Kiss album "Dynasty". In the 5th grade, he got 2 cassettes of Shout at the Devil by Motley Crue and Stay Hungry by Twisted Sister. He started playing the electric guitar when he was 12 years old. Half a year later, he fell in love with a BC Rich Warlock and worked up all summer to save for it. His influences are Slayer, Motley Crue, Kiss, Marilyn Manson, Nine Inch Nails, and others.

He has played all over the Boston area opening for many national acts. In the mid-nineties he became influenced by Marilyn Manson and Nine Inch Nails and it changed everything for him. He then moved to California, and his friend Ben Graves followed later. Eric and Ben were in a band called 'Synical' where he played guitar and Ben played drums. Eric hasn't played bass since he was a kid, but he currently plays bass for the Murderdolls. Tripp did a video with him and Ben jamming together.

Tripp Eisen from Static-X (ex- Murderdolls member) exchanged numbers with Eric for no reason while he was doing the Static-X video shoot. Tripp and the band later realised that they needed a bass player and a drummer. So he called Eric and asked him if he would like to play bass for the Murderdolls. Eric agreed and told Tripp that he knew a kick ass drummer, Ben from Synical. So Tripp taped them both jamming together and sent the tape to Joey Jordison. Joey looked at the tape and knew they were both perfect for the part, and immediatly signed them up.

Eric is an incredible dertermined musician and he has always believed in himself and his music. He is very true to himself and his ideas, even many times he would catch a lot of flack from others and it is something that many people can never do.
